 To our Valued Customers and Business Friends:

Sanders Tools & Supplies has some exciting news to share with you.  Effective August 18, 2011 we will be known as Sanders Tools & Supplies, a division of BlackHawk Industries. 

While our name is slightly different and our ownership structure has changed, the entire team at Sanders remains and our business strategy based on distributing the best products while providing the best service remains in place.  In fact, this transaction is designed to improve service to our customers as, through our new partners, we gain a wider service footprint and add additional quality products to our lines.

The acquisition process is designed to be seamless to our customers.  You will continue to deal with your customer service team and sales engineers as before.  All communication will continue to be processed at our Peoria headquarters.  There will be no changes in any phone numbers or any other contact information.
